Black Pepper Crab is another popular way that crab is served in Singapore. It is made with hard-shell crabs, and cooked in a thick gravy made with black pepper.

Satay is a dish of bamboo-skewered chicken, mutton, beef or pork barbecued over a wood or charcoal fire, and served mild spicy peanut sauce and cubes of steamed glutinous rice.
