Finding a delicious buffet in Singapore is actually quite a daunting task. That’s not because the quality & choice is poor, it's because buffet has become such a popular trend in our eating culture and we are overwhelmed with choices!!.

Still, apart from the "Hawker Fare" and normal restaurant food, you can always find great food in buffets offered in almost every hotel and restaurant in Singapore, every different place has it's own identity & own slightly different slant on buffet food.

Singapore buffets are offered in a wide variety of choice as they range from international to Japanese, steamboat to ala-carte and many more options.

Below are my Top 5 favourite buffets in Singapore.

Cafe Biz

Nestled in the heart of the town, Cafebiz offers an ‘interactive’ buffet of exotic Asian, international and local cuisine.

Items on the buffet include chilled seafood on ice, salads and pasta and a dessert bar with a tiered chocolate fondue.

What’s interesting here is the Show Kitchen, where Chinese hand-made noodles & dumplings, Tandoori meats, and naans and roasted meats are prepared.

Ikoi Japanese Restaurant

Ikoi Japanese Restaurant offers a gastronomic indulgence with an endless parade of authentic Japanese cuisines perfectly set in a lush Japanese setting. 

Food here is excellent and the place is always packed to the gills. The sashimi is fresh and tempura is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Although there are other good Japanese buffets in Singapore, I highly recommend this one if you are a sashimi lover like me. To me, this is the Best Japanese buffet in Singapore. Do call for reservation in advance.

Carousel

Carousel is a halal-certified restaurant with an extensive spread of international buffet favorites. It serves Maine lobsters for brunch and live oysters for dinner.

Expect a variety of Korean, Mexican, Spanish, South American and Northern European dishes and remember to save your stomach for some rotisserie and dessert.

Brazil Churrasco

Fomerly known as Brazil Churrascaria, this is a meat lover’s paradise. It serves up to 14 different barbecued meats directly off the skewer at your table.

Stuff yourself with prime cuts of lamb, beef and chicken as they are served by friendly passadors. Definitely a unique dining experience.

Still, this is the best churrasco buffet in Singapore to me as its staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.

The Magic of Chongqing Hotpot

This is a place for steamboat fans. You will not be disappointed by their famous chicken stock broth as well as its chill-based soup. Food offered here are fresh, although waiting time tends to be a little long due to the fact that it’s usually packed with customers.

There are four types of specially concocted dipping sauces to go with fresh ingredients like sliced beef, fish paste, golden mushrooms and more.
