Although Jim Thompson is not an entirely vegan restaurant, they also serve many dishes without meat or sauces made with meat.





Wine is also served here (has a wine bar) although we settled for their Lime Juice. Wine kills bad bacteria in the gut and is one of the reasons why French are healthier despite their high-fat and smoking lifestyles.

There's also Alfresco for those who prefer the outdoors.

Many Thai dishes at Jim Thompson's are made with coconut milk (way healthier than cow's milk in my humble opinion). You'd find very little use of dairy and cheese in Thai food.

Must-tries are its prawn-fritters (for non-vegans) and Tomyam seafood.

What's inside Jim Thompson's kitchen? Beautifully carved water-melons! Almost nothing goes to waste - the cut out parts are either recycled a plant compost or used to make Thai desserts.

Chefs were pounding fresh ingredients for my mum's take-away salad.... Take-away did I say? YEP!
